for the College of Family and Consumer Sciences

CFCS Scholarship Funds Available

The College of Family and Consumer Sciences (CFCS) has available over $100,000 each year for new and continuing graduate students.

Who can apply?

Students who are being recruited to Iowa State University (ISU) and continuing CFCS graduate students are eligible to apply.  Typically the continuing students who receive scholarships have a 3.7 GPA or better.  Students must be enrolled in one of the graduate programs in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences.

Directions to apply

Students MUST BE admitted to one of the programs in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences
Download, complete and submit form:  paper or e-mail attachment will be accepted.

  New students submission deadline February 1
 
Continuing students submission deadline March 1
Submit Financial Need Release Form if you checked 17a on the application for continuing student scholarships or 16a on the application for new student scholarships.
Use a 12 point font to type in your information.
 
You may submit your application in one of two ways:
  1. As an email attachment: Send your application as an email attachment to your program area.  Use your last name (surname) as the name of the file.  Example:  Miller.doc (You will be verifying the information on the application as if you have signed the application.)
