Nutritional Science

Nutritional Science looks at the connection between diet and health. Students learn how diet can play a crucial role in the cause, treatment, and prevention of many diseases. This program prepares students to work in research laboratories or serves as a pre-professional program for medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or graduate study in nutrition or biological sciences.
